THE MANICURED MANI

Hi there! I’m Mercedes, owner and operator of The Manicured Mani. I have been holding hands, and creating beautiful nail babies since 2008 and fully certified as a Nail Technician and Esthetician since 2015.

At the start of 2020 I opened up my own retro inspired studio.  I’m always continuing to educate myself through courses, learning new techniques and staying on top of current nail trends. The Manicured Mani is a space created for everyone to be able to express themselves creatively and freely, however that may look to them.

Creating funky nail art and helping nails that have been damaged is my jam as a nail technician. Since becoming a nail tech I’ve built my reputation on my creative designs and ensuring that your natural nails are as healthy as possible.  So often when gel nails are removed, they feel weak; you know the feeling.  That won’t happen as long as I’m looking after your tiny canvases. 

Oh and did I mention I'm a clean freak too. All tools are sterilized with hospital grade disinfectant as well, single use nail files and buffers are thrown away. The Manicured Mani is proud to be a licensed business and Alberta Health and Safety certified.
