Please arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment unless discussed beforehand. The door will not be answered as I can be in another appointment or setting up.
I understand that sometimes appointment times may need to be changed or cancelled, which I am more than happy to try and accommodate. Please provide 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations can be made online or by email.
Please book your appointments online either by pressing the Book Now button in the menu above or through Square. Bookings can also be made before leaving my studio.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or your service simplified so that I can remain on schedule.
If you’re sick please reschedule your appointment. It is easier for me to move one appointment than to reschedule a week’s worth of clients if I become sick! If you’re experiencing any COVID-19-like symptoms or generally feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.
My space is not suitable for children and in order to maintain the highest quality of service, I ask that you arrange childcare for your appointment.
The Manicured Mani reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to: Frequent cancellations and/or rescheduling, no shows, late arrivals and rude/disrespectful behaviour, unhealthy nails. If you frequently cancel appointments, I may ask for a deposit (nonrefundable) when you book future appointments.
